On June 14th I purchased parts for my 2012 Ford Explorer. I have been trying to reach someone in the service department for 2 weeks to see if the parts are in, but have only been able to actually speak to so I have been trying to reach someone in the service department for 2 weeks to see if the parts are in, but have only been able to actually speak to someone twice. They have been unable to assist. I have left several messages for my service rep. VERONICA BARWAR, but have yet to receive a call back. Again this has been going on for 2 weeks. If you aren’t going to have people that can attend to the phones to answer calls or are unable to provide status of orders/work then have common decency to return messages left for you especially after customers spend $1500 dollars on parts. The service department customer service is rated as a 0 of 10!!!! More

I brought my Ford in service, but I am not sure why Elizabeth Fontes was being rude to me. Maybe because I have an older model, or maybe she was busy. Able to schedule on the app, team followed up with a call, directions, and expectations on the process and time it takes to get service done. Purchased an F150 Ford pickup. Salesman was excellent and continues to be in contact. Disappointed that a new vehicle has 73 miles on it but understand many test drives.
