I had awesome customer service from my salesman, Chance. The vehicle I was interested in was at another Cutter dealership, but Chance took my wife and I out there to check it out. The vehicle’s TPMS was faulty, and the service dept. replaced it immediately. I’m knocking my rating down a star because I was told there wasn’t a spare key until after I took delivery of the vehicle, and my vehicle was missing one of the rear all-weather floormats. Also, the dealership misspelled our insurance agent’s email multiple times, which kept us at the dealership HOURS longer than we needed to be there. Mahalo Chance! More

Ordered a new part through the service department to be replaced on my vehicle. Service consultant notified me that my vehicle was good to go and ready for pick up. When vehicle was picked up, the same pro replaced on my vehicle. Service consultant notified me that my vehicle was good to go and ready for pick up. When vehicle was picked up, the same problem was still there and I immediately drove back to the service department. Service consultant checked out my vehicle and spoke with the Tech. My new part that was ordered was placed on another vehicle and my vehicle was never touched at all!! Just sitting in the garage for 3 hours and never looked at. I was lied to when the consultant that my vehicle was good and the problem was no longer there. More
