The sales people along with the managers are clowns. I gave them an offered for 2016 Yukon the salesman & manager agreed but when we were about to sealed the deal they increased 5 thousand more on the pr I gave them an offered for 2016 Yukon the salesman & manager agreed but when we were about to sealed the deal they increased 5 thousand more on the price. We argued on lowering the price they disagree my wife and I left this stupid dealership without buying a vehicle. Thank Goodness we never buy one with these crooks we got a good deal with Chevrolet we bought a 2016 Suburban. Love our new ride. More

And I ain't talking about sales tax, reg, and dock fees, because all that was already negotiated.. Now the big bosses want to sit you down in there big office and tell you how much of a deal you are getting even after they just raised there offer on you.. I don't know how you guys do business or how you guys buy/sell cars, but once you put a offer on the table to someone on EiTHER party, I think you should stand by it.. THiS dealership here obviously Couldn't and just wasted my time.. And No deal was made.. More
