Curtiss Ryan Honda - Service Center

Every time I go to get an oil change they offer me a free car wash which sounds like a good deal. Unfortunately they never do it. This has happened mulitple times and it has nothing to do with the car wash b car wash which sounds like a good deal. Unfortunately they never do it. This has happened mulitple times and it has nothing to do with the car wash being free but the fact that they are offering a service and not completing it. How am I supposed to trust a company that cannot complete a service as simple as a car wash. Really hoping they completed the oil change service at least. Very upset with the service I am recieving here, hope to see things change. More

Over the last 25 years I have bought 4 new cars from this dealership. Hondas are great vehicles and very reliable; however what has won my loyalty is the high quality of the personnel within the service depa dealership. A few days ago one of my rear tires had a sidewall failure and I had to bring in for replacement. Patti Schutz one of the service advisers took upon herself to closely check the warranty and when I returned there was no charge for the new tire and the installation was free. I was actually speechless. It was a magnificent surprise and I truly appreciated Mz, Schutz extra effort. Her professionalism truly stands out above the norm. More
