Called on Wednesday afternoon about a problem with the A/C in my 2017 Honda Civic, mentioning that I would need the car for an important appointment on Friday. I had low to zero expectations that anythin A/C in my 2017 Honda Civic, mentioning that I would need the car for an important appointment on Friday. I had low to zero expectations that anything could be done to fit the time frame, and was sure that the cost would be significant. However, I was asked to bring the car in on Thursday morning for diagnosis. Kyle listened to the information I was able to provide, including a loud noise I had experienced. He explained that a diagnosis would be needed, but that the problem could possibly related to an extended-warranty condenser fault. If only, I thought. . . Kyle called about three hours later: My car was repaired, ready to be picked up, and there was NO CHARGE! All the tires were also inspected, in case that would account for the strange noise, but they were all in good shape. The inflation was also corrected, which has greatly improved my gas mileage. I have NEVER received such prompt, professional, and honest service -- and I've been driving for over 50 years! So thank you most sincerely, Kyle and Curtiss Ryan, for such a positive experience!
