Early on a Saturday morning I found that I had a problem with one of my tires, worn down to the secondary rubber, the bigger problem being I was leaving the next morning for a trip to Maine. Local tire shops could not match the tire until the following week. I arrived at Curtiss Ryan at 10:30 and by noon I had four new tires plus a 4 wheel alignment .This may not seem like a big deal but with no appointment the service department , although being extremely busy on a Saturday morning went out of their way to solve my problem in a most expeditious and professional manner. Turns out it wasn't just one tire that was in need of replacement but all of them were well well worn. I more than appreciate the service department allowing me to travel the next day in a very safe manner. They really went out of their way to solve my problem. What a great dealership to deal with. More

On my most recent visit I had the engine oil changed in my Honda. I showed up at a busy time and was told that there'd be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I got a cup of coffee and took a seat in the waiting room. My car was ready in less than 90 minutes and I was on my way again. We've been Curtiss Ryan customers since 1997 when we purchased a new Accord. That car is still in our family and has over 340,000 miles on the odometer. An outstanding dealership and service department! More
