I've been dealing with Curtiss Ryan Honda for almost 10 years. I purchased my first Honda there and regularly went back for service. About 15 months ago, I purchased another Honda from a different Honda de years. I purchased my first Honda there and regularly went back for service. About 15 months ago, I purchased another Honda from a different Honda dealership closer to my home and began going there for service. That's when I realized how wonderful Curtiss Ryan is. The Service Dept. is excellent, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable - great Customer Service. I've switched back to Curtiss Ryan and I'm now driving 40 minutes to get my car serviced, but it's worth it to me! More
Took my car to this dealer for oil change a few times , then i had rotor work done. I had some vibration issues in my car and he didn't want to even look at it. Everybody was very rude to me. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND STAND THERE LIKE YOU HAVE EGG ON YOUR FACE WHILE I WAS ONLY THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE THE GIRL THAT DOES THE OIL CHANGE WRITE UPS IS A FRIGGEN WAIT AND STAND THERE LIKE YOU HAVE EGG ON YOUR FACE WHILE I WAS ONLY THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE THE GIRL THAT DOES THE OIL CHANGE WRITE UPS IS A FRIGGEN MORON I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT TIRES AND SHE COULD NOT EVEN ANSWER IT SHE HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO ANSWER IT FOR HER. IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE THE SIMPLEST QUESTION YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN THE LINE OF FIRE. THEY ADVERTISE 30 MINUTE OIL CHANGES NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED WELL I WAS THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEN THEY LOST MY KEYS WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? WHILE I WAS THERE I OBSERVED THE SERVICE MANAGER BELITTLING ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES, SHE LOOKED AS THOUGH SHE WAS ABOUT TO CRY THAT IS VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. WHILE I WAS WATCHING THEM SCRAMBLE FOR MY KEYS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE AND PASSED A BODILY NOISE INFRONT OF EVERYBODY, THAT IS SO DISGUSTING. We have purchased over 10 Hondas from this dealership. They have been new, leased, and used. They have never given us any problems about anything and have even bent over backwards to see if they can get u They have been new, leased, and used. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They have done tons of bodywork for us and have always stood behind their work. My husband and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reputable dealership. More
I would recommend with reservations. The quality of my service was good and the actual scheduling of the appointment was quick and easy. My only complaint about this dealership is that the service people are not very friendly. It seems like they are quick to want you to pay for your repair and leave yet not too quick in explaining the details to you. I will bring my Honda back for repairs and service here as it is overall convenient to me. But I don't know if I would ever buy a new Honda here. More
I TOOK MY CAR TO CURTIS RYAN FOR A PARTIAL PAINT JOB AND SOME BODY WORK. I RECEIVED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BODY SHOP REALLY MESSED UP! MY CAR CAME BACK WITH A DENT IN THE TRUNK AND DEEP SCRATCH SOME BODY WORK. I RECEIVED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BODY SHOP REALLY MESSED UP! MY CAR CAME BACK WITH A DENT IN THE TRUNK AND DEEP SCRATCHES IN THE ROOF. THEY TRIED TO TOUCH UP THE PAINT AND USED A PAINT BRUSH...YES A PAINT BRUSH! ANY IDIOT KNOWS THAT YOU DO NOT USE A PAINT BRUSH TO PAINT A CAR! I SPENT $400.00 AND PAID CASH. I TRIED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AND OWNER BUT DID NOT COME OUT A WINNER... We have been customers here for 9!! years, and with buying AND servicing our oddysey here, not once have we been spoken to by name once. Turns out, we didn't need our oddysey anymore, and bought a volk buying AND servicing our oddysey here, not once have we been spoken to by name once. As far as the service goes I had a good experience .. The labor charge that these dealers charge are extreme .. I went in for an oil change and was out within 35-40 minutes and got a free car wash.. My only complaint was the cashier was rude. She never made eye contact and seemed to be rushing me out.. I got a bad vibe from her that made me feel uncomfortable. Have been bringing my Hondas and Acuras to C R since 1987, and have had very good luck with them. Keep in mind that this is a dealership, and service rates are typically higher than your local garage, but to be able to get my car back on time running properly, in a clean environment is worth a small premium to me. For an oil change while you wait 30 minutes they have wireless internet available, and with a major service you can get a loaner car for the day at no charge if you request it in advance, a wonderful advantage so you are not stuck there waiting for a ride which they also give to local addresses) More
