very unhappy I bought my granddaughter a "certified" used Honda, 2013 about four or five months ago. A few days after taking possession of the vehicle she had pro I bought my granddaughter a "certified" used Honda, 2013 about four or five months ago. A few days after taking possession of the vehicle she had problems with the brakes. Took it back and was supposedly fixed. A few weeks later same problem, they supposedly turned down the rotors and fixed the brakes. Four months later she is still having the same problems; took it back yesterday and of course the warranty is over and to fix the problem it will cost her $400.00. Because they say it's "were and tear".....after 4 months? Furthermore, when she went to pick up the car after the sale everything was supposed to be ready as she had to be to work....they waited so long to sign the final papers, that she was almost fired from her job....and they knew she had to be at work. Those final papers should have been ready and waiting for her. I will NEVER do business with this place again!!! More

Safety recall, car to be out of service for weeks, no loaner 7/29/16 Called Service to make appointment for a safety recall. Nice young lady spoke to me, sorry I don't remember her name. She told me Dan would call me Sat. or Mon. to get info for a rental/loaner car they would provide on Tuesday, 8/2/16. Spoke to Dan Monday, claims he can get the backordered parts in 2 weeks, (American Honda says 5-7 weeks) but Dan said he can not give us a car to drive for the 2 weeks ours is sitting. Called American Honda. 2X they said the DEALER WILL arrange for and provide a vehicle--Dan is trying to avoid giving a rental to us even though American Honda says the dealer will arrange it. More

We were browsing and Hector asked if we needed help and we said we were just in for service. He showed us the new 2015 and all the features it had and the rest is history. I have been completely satisfied with all aspects of their service. My wife and I enjoyed the classes they offer to new car purchases. John Hauck answers every question with thorough answers. The service dept is very professional and patient explaining everything they did. With other places you pays your money and takes your chances. Here you pay your money and there no chances. All their work is completed with the upmost professionalism. More
DO NOT GET BODYWORK DONE AT THIS SHOP! I brought my car to Curtis Ryan after being in a car accident back in 2005, soon after purchasing it. My car was never the same after the accident. If you sat in my back seat it always sounded like the back window was open, even when it was not. After about a year the clear coat started to peal off and my trunk started leaking. I didn't take it back into the Curtis Ryan because soon after the repair was done I moved out of state to California. I was recently rear ended. The auto body shop I brought my car to informed me that who ever worked on my car in the past did one of the worst patch up jobs they have ever seen. The quarter panel was welded poorly, they left my right frame rail so twisted that my rear windshield was not sitting correctly. The only reason my trunk didn't show leaks right after the accident was because they used an insane amount of sealant to patch up the wholes. I called Curtis Ryan to let them know of their poor work. Frank in the bodywork department wouldn't let me get a word in, yelled at me and then hung up on me. I had a great experience buying my car at this dealership, but I'm sad to say they are by far the worst auto body shop to get work done on your car and do not stand by their work. If you get into a car accident go to an insurance approved shop, they will at least stand by their work for the lifetime of the car. More
Incompetent Service Department Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet after it rained. The van was there for 4 days and I kept getting the same message from the department, “we’re still checking. Not sure what it is yet.” They finally determined it was the switches on the sliding doors which they “fixed.” They also told me they readjusted the driver’s side door so the seatbelt issue was also taken care of. Today a few months later, the problem is back. Wet seatbelt, alarm firing on its own and Curtis Ryan calls saying it’s another part on the sunroof. I said, “so fix it considering it wasn’t done last time.” The manager says, “it’s going to be $112 to start plus about 4 hours or so to determine if that is the true issue.” REALLY??? So the problem wasn’t fixed the first time and now I have to pay more money for inadequate service? What happens 3 months from now?? This dealership is by far the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re thinking about a Honda DO NOT use Curtis Ryan!!!! More
