Service department review I went to Curtis Ryan Honda the other day for service. I dropped off the car the night before and asked to have it ready by 1pm the next day. John Con I went to Curtis Ryan Honda the other day for service. I dropped off the car the night before and asked to have it ready by 1pm the next day. John Conti,our service advisor, called in the morning and explained in layman's terms that they found a leak that needed to be fixed. Realizing that my car would not be safe to drive, I had the car fixed and it was ready on time as promised. When I stoped down to pick up the car I was greeted by name by both John Conti and Dan Maillet, who I have dealt with in the past. It's so nice to be treated as family and have the service done quickly, correctly and on time! I will be coming back here for service. More

Fast and friendly service! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, helpful and efficient. The waiting room had a great selection of snacks, and a play room where Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, helpful and efficient. We did not have to wait long, and were back on the road in no time. 10/10 will be continuing to use this dealership for my service needs. More
very unhappy I bought my granddaughter a "certified" used Honda, 2013 about four or five months ago. A few days after taking possession of the vehicle she had pro I bought my granddaughter a "certified" used Honda, 2013 about four or five months ago. A few days after taking possession of the vehicle she had problems with the brakes. Took it back and was supposedly fixed. A few weeks later same problem, they supposedly turned down the rotors and fixed the brakes. Four months later she is still having the same problems; took it back yesterday and of course the warranty is over and to fix the problem it will cost her $400.00. Because they say it's "were and tear".....after 4 months? Furthermore, when she went to pick up the car after the sale everything was supposed to be ready as she had to be to work....they waited so long to sign the final papers, that she was almost fired from her job....and they knew she had to be at work. Those final papers should have been ready and waiting for her. I will NEVER do business with this place again!!! More
