Curtiss Ryan Honda responded

Curtiss Ryan Honda respects the expression of concerns from all of our customers regarding their vehicles and/or their Sales, Service, Parts or other experiences with our employees and management here at our dealership. However, when a customer does or says anything to upset, frustrate or in any way jeopardize the safety of our customers, then we must take action to protect them and be able to maintain a safe and professional work place. The person filing this complaint against Curtiss Ryan Honda had a Safety Recall performed by our Service Department and when asked, said the repairs were completed to his satisfaction. However, while he waited in the Customer Lounge for the repairs to be completed, he made derogatory statements about Curtiss Ryan Honda to other customers sitting in the customer lounge and became such a nuisance that complaints were made to our service personnel about him and customers got up to walk out of the lounge because they were concerned about the things he was saying. This customer was known to carry on in a similar way during previous visits to Curtiss Ryan Honda for Service Repairs. He also made a personally insulting remark about our Assistant Service Manager which was heard by one of our Service Advisors. We are very concerned about subjecting our customers and employees to the ridicule of this individual in the future. We want our workplace to remain Safe for our customers and our employees. Therefore, this individual should refrain from doing business with Curtiss Ryan Honda. We do however, insist on the safety of all Honda Owners. This individual was told many times that Safety Recalls were the exception. We will perform any and all Safety Recalls to the vehicle owned by this individual if applicable.
