ABOVE AND BEYOND I have been servicing my hondas at Curtis Ryan since 2002. This past week, my daughter was visiting with her two kids from Knoxville. She has a Mazd I have been servicing my hondas at Curtis Ryan since 2002. This past week, my daughter was visiting with her two kids from Knoxville. She has a Mazda. The car was making a loud noise underneath. Since CR is the only place I have gone for over 15 years, I called and asked if they would service her Mazda. CR said yes. I took it in and an hour later we left with the plastic oil pan protector back in place. We were charged $1.58 for the fasteners. She is safely back home in Knoxville. We got $1,000,000 worth of peace of mind while she was travelling. Thank you John and the service team at CR Honda. More

Outstanding service team The service team at C-R Honda is phenomenal. They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing a tricky engine issue on my Civic and getting it roadworthy The service team at C-R Honda is phenomenal. Came in for an oil change and to fix a break light Came in to fix a break light and oil change. Was all done in less than and hour. Unscheduled Service I have been a customer of Curtiss Ryan Honda for many years. Everything about them keeps me coming back but most especially it's the service departme I have been a customer of Curtiss Ryan Honda for many years. Everything about them keeps me coming back but most especially it's the service department. You could not ask for a more friendly, attentive and trustworthy service staff. On my most recent visit I would like to acknowledge John Conte for his help on my particular service need. He took the time to explain the result of the diagnosis of the issue and what my options where. I had confidence in his judgment and authorized the work. Excellent Customer Service I have been going to Curtiss-Ryan Honda for fifteen years, ever since I purchased my new Honda Accord there. All staff members are very courteous and I have been going to Curtiss-Ryan Honda for fifteen years, ever since I purchased my new Honda Accord there. All staff members are very courteous and helpful, and I appreciate the free loaner car if the scheduled service is going to be several hours long. The free car wash and free A Service every fourth visit are also very much appreciated. On my most recent visit, Dee Melendez was particularly helpful. When I am ready for a new vehicle, I will definitely purchase it through Curtiss-Ryan Honda. Kudos to the entire staff! More
