I have purchased vehicles from five different car dealerships over my lifetime and none of them even comes close to the quality of care for its custom I have purchased vehicles from five different car dealerships over my lifetime and none of them even comes close to the quality of care for its customers and the overall quality of its service department to keep your car running for years to come, than Curtiss Ryan Honda. The service department, led by John Conte, who has always gone the extra yard to make sure customer satisfaction is primary, always finds and takes care of any problems with my car, no matter how small or large. You know the feeling when you dread having to take your car in for service. Well, I have never had that feeling with Curtiss Ryan, knowing the overall quality of care that they extend to me, the customer, and that whatever the problem, it will be corrected and resolved. I will forever be a Curtiss Ryan customer and I will continue to refer people to this excellent car dealership. More

Unexpected service visit After a recent doctor's appointment, my car, a 2016 CRV, wouldn't start. Just to confirm it probably was the battery I called the service center. Wi After a recent doctor's appointment, my car, a 2016 CRV, wouldn't start. Just to confirm it probably was the battery I called the service center. Within 10 minutes a Honda servicemen were at my car to confirm it was the battery, jump start me and follow me to the dealership. My battery was tested, replaced and my car washed. Wonderful service and great professional care. More

I called AAA to tow my car to the Curtiss Ryan Honda Dealer down the street from my house just before 7 am. They looked at my car and found the new battery I had replaced back in Jan 2018 was no good. They replaced the battery at NO CHARGE and I was on my way home an hour and half later. Thanks John J. Grateful to Dee and the staff at Curtiss-Ryan Can't say enough on how helpful Dee Melendez was when I had a bit of a repair crisis. My car had a an unexpected repair and finances have been tight at the moment, so was not happy when I was faced with possibility of having a possible engine failure. I felt both Dee and the mechanic were upfront and honest and gave me enough detailed information to make an informed decision. It all worked out and I am happy with the outcome. More than this is Dee made sure I was not left without a car as I live fairly far away from Shelton and having my daughter in for a visit in the middle of summer over a weekend would have been a bit of a hardship. Dee went the extra mile and took care of me and was able to secure a rental. My weekend was saved, car was repaired and in good shape, I'm very happy and extremely grateful to Dee and the staff at Curtiss-Ryan. I will definitely buy my next Honda there! More
Service tech misinformed. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake light failure. It was done. I noticed on my inspection sheet that I refused major maintenance . I only refused tire switching. I stopped back and asked a service tech about this and she said I needed a coolant change, rear end change and automatic transmission change . I do all everyu 30, 000 miles but she said that oil breaks down over time. Everything I have read and understand about engine and transmission oil is that ti;me does not break down oil is car is not being driven. My honda crv manual says that the transmission and rear end should be changed every 120,000 miles but curtiss ryan convinced me that I should change it every 30000. I have to pay for it, I really think Honda should./ More
ABOVE AND BEYOND I have been servicing my hondas at Curtis Ryan since 2002. This past week, my daughter was visiting with her two kids from Knoxville. She has a Mazd I have been servicing my hondas at Curtis Ryan since 2002. This past week, my daughter was visiting with her two kids from Knoxville. She has a Mazda. The car was making a loud noise underneath. Since CR is the only place I have gone for over 15 years, I called and asked if they would service her Mazda. CR said yes. I took it in and an hour later we left with the plastic oil pan protector back in place. We were charged $1.58 for the fasteners. She is safely back home in Knoxville. We got $1,000,000 worth of peace of mind while she was travelling. Thank you John and the service team at CR Honda. More
