The staff is extremely courteous and competent and the estimated wait times for service are spot on. I have never needed to wait long to be waited on nor have I had to wait long for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc. Everyone involved in the company has made each experience pleasant. Took Care of Me I came in with a transmission leak or what looked to be a leak. Dinorah told me I would have to pay a diagnostic fee unless they deemed the repair was I came in with a transmission leak or what looked to be a leak. Dinorah told me I would have to pay a diagnostic fee unless they deemed the repair was covered under warranty. They cleaned up the transmission put in a leak detector after not finding anything specific. Dinorah did not charge me the diagnostic fee and told me to come back into thousand miles just to make sure. Thought this was handled professionally they could’ve charge me the fee no sweat and they waived it. I found the Curtis Ryan Honda when getting my Honda brake service. Same situation I thought I needed four brakes, John Conte advised me that I only needed two and did the work. I haven’t had a problem since. That’s why I come here for service and to buy my next car. More

Service with a Smile Curtiss Ryan is a terrific dealership. My wife and I bought her 2013 Honda Fit new in 2014. Ed Blauvelt in the sales department gave us a great deal. Curtiss Ryan is a terrific dealership. My wife and I bought her 2013 Honda Fit new in 2014. Ed Blauvelt in the sales department gave us a great deal. Since then we've brought it in for service twice, both times for air-bag related recalls. The service department folks are very friendly, courteous, and efficient. They finished the vehicle earlier than they had estimated both times. Their waiting area is very bright and clean with ample coffee available. I left understanding what was happening, why it was important and feel good about spending the money. I have 160,000 on this vehicle and have spent very little money on it. Suspect it will go right past 200,000. More
