New lease I had a great experience with Joe Riggsbee. I initially came in to have an older Honda car serviced. While I was in the showroom admiring the 2019 CRV I had a great experience with Joe Riggsbee. I initially came in to have an older Honda car serviced. While I was in the showroom admiring the 2019 CRV, Joe came over and asked about my interest in this car. I told him I was just looking at it. He invited me to sit inside and get the feel of the car. Both the front and rear cabins had plenty of room, much more than my HRV. I told him I would be back and when I was, I would come see him. About two months later I was back to test drive the car. Joe was there and took me on a test drive. I loved the car, and negotiated a contract that day. I picked up my car 5 days later and LOVE IT! I am becoming more comfortable each day with the features. There are so many! When I picked up the car, I couldn't have been happier. All paperwork was ready and organized. Joe demonstrated the many components and features of the car, right down to the finest detail. He is extremely knowledgeable about Honda automobiles and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. More

They could have just as easily taken the car in and done as I had instructed them and billed me for unnecessary work, true honesty, hard to find these days. Then on top of this when there was a delay in getting a ride to work the service manage stepped up without hesitation and drove us himself. This service department goes above and beyond. Thank you. Absolutely amazing service center personnel I came in about a week or so ago because my check engine light was on and I couldn't figure out why. I was in a bit of a rush and was a bit more heated than I should've been because of this inconvenience, but that all changed once I talked to Kaitlyn. Her understanding of my issue, frustration, and overall sensitivity to my time was above and beyond. Her knowledge in my vehicle, her friendliness, and her professionalism were, and are, key factors to the reason why I will be returning for more service work in the future. First Service Experience After having the car for 3 days and 190 miles and listening to the constant sound during a drive, I needed to have it identified. I talked to a few f After having the car for 3 days and 190 miles and listening to the constant sound during a drive, I needed to have it identified. I talked to a few folks including my Honda salesman who said during a drive that it sounded like a Honda and a relative who has had two Pilots and 2 Crv's who said he had never heard the noise. So I went to Curtiss Ryan's service department and asked for their Honda expert to come take a ride and hear what I thought I heard. After about a miles drive he said that 'these cars are quieter than this and he thought the noise was from a bad wheel bearing. I brought it in at 7 am the next day and picked it up at noon. On the drive home the noise was gone as they did replace a front wheel bearing, and did a multipoint check that helped relieve my skepticism regarding the Pre-Certified check list. Many thanks to Service Advisor Paul Viveiros and that Honda expert who identified the problem as well as all the other employees I interacted with during this seamless service event. More
