I have been a customer for 16 years. Very happy with all staff members who are always customer centric. Today I was taken care of by Kaitlyn who is a terrific asset to the Curtiss Ryan Team. Being a first time car buyer, I felt I received the best care in Ed and Cole's hands. I walked into Honda with my mom, neither of us having a clue. Cole approached us and was willing to help. All of my questions were answered immediately and thoroughly making sure I understood everything completely. Every time I called the office I was helped right then and there and did not feel rushed on the phone or that I was being a bother. Calls were always answered cheerfully and welcoming! I was able to test drive various cars and receive a breakdown of each make, model, features etc. with COVID-19 precautions. Seats were covered and each car was sanitized before and after ever test drive. I was made and given copies of the cars I was interested in, with the prices written out and broken down so I was able to take it home to look over with my parents and to see what worked best with my budget! Cole even stayed "after hours" with me to answer all of my questions, again without me feeling rushed. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Honda even offered to pick me up at my house and bring me in to the dealership because I was having difficulty finding a ride. I was amazed! I felt that I had received the best deals and feel very safe in my Honda Pilot. I am constantly getting compliments on the vehicle, inside and out! I am very satisfied with my Honda experience and Vehicle. I will definitely be referring Honda to family and friends! If you are interested in Honda, definitely go to Curtiss Ryan Honda in Shelton, CT and be sure to ask for Cole Crotta and Ed DeMarseilles! More
Sebastian Fonseca in the service department was unhelpful, unclear about the issue, did not do the work he said would be done, and condescending. We have bought the last two cars from Jim Cossette, have been very pleased and recommend Curtiss Ryan everyone - if they ask or not. The newest Civic recently had the A/C unit replaced - under warranty - n been very pleased and recommend Curtiss Ryan everyone - if they ask or not. The newest Civic recently had the A/C unit replaced - under warranty - no cost to us!! The service was done in under 4 hours thanks to Sebastian and the service crew. Our gratitude and thanks to all!! P.S. I bought my first new car when I got out of the Army in 1967 from Curtiss Lincoln Mercury - a 1967 1/2 Cougar G/T. Went in for an oil change and multi point check. Was helped by Sebastian almost immediately. The service was done in a short time. I bought a new Accord here, and I serviced both of my Hondas here for 3 years. But when my older car needed new brakes, which they said would cost $2000, I decided not to do the work and pick up the car. I got slapped with a $175 diagnostics charge for NO WORK done at all to fix the car. Is this how you treat loyal customers? Sorry, I will not be buying my next car from you, and I will not be going to you for service anymore. You just lost a customer. More
