On my most recent visit I had the engine oil changed in my Honda. I showed up at a busy time and was told that there'd be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I got a cup of coffee and took a seat in the waiting room. My ca my Honda. I showed up at a busy time and was told that there'd be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I got a cup of coffee and took a seat in the waiting room. My car was ready in less than 90 minutes and I was on my way again. We've been Curtiss Ryan customers since 1997 when we purchased a new Accord. That car is still in our family and has over 340,000 miles on the odometer. An outstanding dealership and service department! More

Took a while to get my new HR-V, but Jim kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, and it actually arrived a little sooner than expected. They even made a slight error in my NY State registration fees, and they just sent me a check for $138, completely unsolicited. A bit out of the way for those of us in Southern Westchester, but worth the trip for their honesty and ease of doing business. Highly recommended. More
