Never a bad experience. Just picked up our 5th car in the last 25 yrs. working with the staff at CR. Rory Singer (sales consultant) was pleasantly up front about delays and when I was able to get delivery on 11-9-2022 it was a flawless transition. Early on a Saturday morning I found that I had a problem with one of my tires, worn down to the secondary rubber, the bigger problem being I was leaving the next morning for a trip to Maine. Local tire sh with one of my tires, worn down to the secondary rubber, the bigger problem being I was leaving the next morning for a trip to Maine. Local tire shops could not match the tire until the following week. I arrived at Curtiss Ryan at 10:30 and by noon I had four new tires plus a 4 wheel alignment .This may not seem like a big deal but with no appointment the service department , although being extremely busy on a Saturday morning went out of their way to solve my problem in a most expeditious and professional manner. Turns out it wasn't just one tire that was in need of replacement but all of them were well well worn. I more than appreciate the service department allowing me to travel the next day in a very safe manner. They really went out of their way to solve my problem. What a great dealership to deal with. More
