Friendly and professional staff. Salesman did not follow up as promised once deposit was provided and car was ordered. This was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. From the test drive to getting the CRV the same day. Wow! This is our 4th Honda purchased at Curtis Ryan and the 2nd one Jim Cossette has assisted us with. One Pilot and 3 CRVs. Not only have our Hondas held up mechanically better over time than our other bran 2nd one Jim Cossette has assisted us with. One Pilot and 3 CRVs. Not only have our Hondas held up mechanically better over time than our other brands (and remaining rust free in the harsh northeast environment for years) but the regular service provided by Curtis Ryan has always been friendly and courteous. Jim C. kept us informed at all stages, as we patiently waited for our latest new car during a period of nationwide new car shortages, as to its factory assembly date and delivery date. It will take some time to learn all the new features on the 2023 CRV Hybrid but Jim did a great job getting us started down that road. More
