I have bought many cars in my time, and never have I been treated so special. When I bought my Honda CRV it was after much indecision. When it came time to sign the papers, Terri went over each and every sheet of paper and explained each one to me, and made sure I understood. Then when I got into the car Terri explained every single detail from the rear hatch storage, to moving the seats for more room. Right down to the seat belts for the rear seating. When we sat in the front, Terri explained everything radio windshield wipers, right down to every detail. Let me tell you it was no,,,Here are the keys, here are the signal lights adios amigos, I was extremely impressed. I was never more impressed in my life. She kept reminding me to read, read, read,all my books, so I would get more enjoyment out of my HONDA. I am so happy, excited, I wish everyone would buy a HONDA. Terri I love you. This was my first experience at Curtiss Ryan and needless to say I was impressed. Ed Blauvelt was extra-ordinary going above and beyond what was expected. My first visit, I was there after closing time and never felt uncomfortable that I was holding things up. When I picked my car up, of course, I was treated with royalty. Ed Blauvelt was there on his day off to close the deal with us. To prove what an extra ordinary guy he is, I was missing two small bolts and nuts for my license plate. Ed was nice enough to go into the service department to get them for me. Over-all, keep up the good work Curtiss Ryan!
