I did NOT look forward to actually going to a dealership because don't like insincere people trying to intimidate me, or talking to me like I'm stupid. My first contact with this dealership was over the phone with the internet sales manager, Scott. When I actually went to the dealership someone came to help me right away. The salesperson, Hector, was friendly, sincere, knowledgeable and very professional without being robotic. I was comfortable talking to him; I felt like I was talking to a friend or neighbor. I was / am very impressed with the people at Curtiss-Ryan Honda -- especially Hector. The financial guy, Marcin K. was great, too; he made sure I understood everything. Even the salespeople that weren't working with me said "Hello". I could go on, but the bottom line is this: Because of Hector Rodriguez I did not go to any other dealerships.
