This was my son's first car that he purchased on his own. We had researched different dealerships because buying a used car can be very scary. We had heard wonderful reports about this dealership. In the past we had gone to a couple of other dealerships that were just plain dishonest. When we called and my son went there to look to see what he could purchase and keep his payments below $300.00 he was so excited that Jack Pape was able to do it. It was not a case of telling him that they probably could put him in a car at his price range.....they did it. Jack got him approved with a great rate. He worked with Jack & Rory to find just the right car. Rory who was wonderful. He was friendly, encouraging, honest and listened to all that my son wanted in a car. I don't think my son ever thought that he would be able to purchase a 2009 Honda Accord EX. The car had very low miles and was just in cream puff condition. There is not enough that I can say about the people that work there and the way they treat their customers. It does not matter who you are or what you status is or how hold you are. They treat everyone the same.....with respect. There is not enough that I can say except a very, very special THANK YOU to Jack Pape and Rory Singer for making this happen. More
It had been a while since I visited a dealership in search of a new vehicle, so I chose my hometown Honda dealer to check out a new Odyssey. From the moment I walked In, I was made to feel at home and search of a new vehicle, so I chose my hometown Honda dealer to check out a new Odyssey. From the moment I walked In, I was made to feel at home and treated cordially by the reception specialist. She ascertained that I did not have an appointment. No problem..... Let me introduce you to Ed Blauvelt, a friendly sales associate who immediately offered to bring up a new Odyssey for a test spin. We took a comprehensive drive on local streets and the highway. In a knowledgeable but unassuming manner Ed demonstrated the features of the Odyssey, while at the same time we were conversing like two buddies driving to a Giants game. The Odyssey was awesome and Ed's personality sealed the deal, but not immediately! It took two unsatisfactory visits to two other dealerships before I returned to Curtiss-Ryan to negotiate with Ed, Kim Ryan, and Marcin in the business office. Compromise on both sides resulted in my purchase of a 2012 Odyssey. While it is never light entertainment to commit thousands of dollars to the purchase of a new vehicle, Ed Blauvelt, Marcin Kieltyka, and Kim Ryan demonstrated to me how a class dealership can create a partnership in satisfaction. It is my pleasure to rate them as highly as possible in this dealership rating. More
I had two CRV's before switching to a Nissan Rouge. I could not wait to switch back to a Honda. While our other car was in for service, we took a look at the CRVs in the showroom, and decided it was ti could not wait to switch back to a Honda. This all took less than 90 minutes and I got to pick the car up the next day. If your in the market for any Honda, I'd make a stop to talk with Hector Rodriguez. I brought my 2003 CRV in for service since it was running very rough. It turned out that my engine sucked in a valve and ruined the engine. It was time for a new car. I worked with Hector Rodriguez. I told him that I did not want to spend a lot of money but I wanted to find a relatively inexpensive late model Honda with low mileage. Hector showed me a list of what they had including demo models. I settled on a new Civic(4800 miles) demo at a reduced price. Hector was no nonsense and very pleasant and easy to deal with. I am very satisfied with both the service and my new car. More

Melissa was very easy to work with and knowlegable about the Honda Fit. She was very and easy to understand when she discussed the terms of our lease and service offered to us from Curtiss Ryan.
