I have purchased many new cars during my life but my experience purchasing my 2023 Honda Pilot was by far the best one at Curtiss Ryan Honda. I kept waiting for the finance manager to hard sell me on e experience purchasing my 2023 Honda Pilot was by far the best one at Curtiss Ryan Honda. I kept waiting for the finance manager to hard sell me on extras I didn't need but that didn't happen. Jim my sales person was awesome during the entire experience. I asked him initially, "what's the market adjustment price?" Jim said, "Mike, we don't operate like other dealers, the customer comes first!" I was shocked and of course happy that honesty still remains in the auto sales business. Jim contacted me throughout the process to let me know that my Pilot was being built, when it was shipped, if I wanted to add any extras like all weather floor mats, and then finally to setup pick up day. When I arrived that day, the same friendly attitude was there and Jim guided me through the car explaining all the features. It was by far the BEST car buying experience I have had and I certainly recommend Jim and Curtiss Ryan to anyone looking for a great deal and good service. Thank you Jim and Curtiss Ryan! More
