Teri did an amazing job a couple of weeks ago. I leased a car with her 3 years ago and met with her again to trade in my car. I did not want to see anyone else but her! Ben is friendly, laid back, professional, knowledgeable, and will give you a great price (we shopped around). He is the opposite of pushy and took a lot of time to answer all our questions. When we went in the first time to look at cars, he didn't ask for all our contact details (we drove 4 cars with him and we left without him asking for so much as our phone number). In other dealerships, we were barely through the door before they were out to get all our contact info. Once we'd bought our 2013 Honda civic, he carefully explained all the features and helped me set up the blue tooth etc. There are features of the car I would never have even known about had Ben not been so thorough. The dealership has a really low-pressure atmosphere and I couldn't be happier with my new civic - in part of course due to the extremely pleasant buying experience. I've always had Toyotas, and would never go back to driving a Toyota. More
