Incompetent Service Department Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet after it rained. The van was there for 4 days and I kept getting the same message from the department, “we’re still checking. Not sure what it is yet.” They finally determined it was the switches on the sliding doors which they “fixed.” They also told me they readjusted the driver’s side door so the seatbelt issue was also taken care of. Today a few months later, the problem is back. Wet seatbelt, alarm firing on its own and Curtis Ryan calls saying it’s another part on the sunroof. I said, “so fix it considering it wasn’t done last time.” The manager says, “it’s going to be $112 to start plus about 4 hours or so to determine if that is the true issue.” REALLY??? So the problem wasn’t fixed the first time and now I have to pay more money for inadequate service? What happens 3 months from now?? This dealership is by far the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re thinking about a Honda DO NOT use Curtis Ryan!!!! More

Going back to Nissan I purchased a top of the line CRV. No haggling. I just needed a new car. I was very clear with my salesman that I have some issues with vision and ne I purchased a top of the line CRV. No haggling. I just needed a new car. I was very clear with my salesman that I have some issues with vision and needed a good GPS and bright headlights. I was assured that the model I was purchasing had both. Needless to say, it has neither. The GPS rarely shows the street names. Rather just screen after screen of lines with no street names anywhere. I rarely know what street I'm turning on to. The headlights are so dim that my passengers keep telling me to "put on the lights". It's an accident waiting to happen. I voiced my concern, but was told it would cost me $800 to replace the headlights with Acura units. Also, I have read that many other customers have complained about the same issues. Once this car is paid off, it's back to Nissan. More

He was planning on getting a new Honda Civic SI - 2014. We live in Manchester, home to one of the biggest Honda dealerships. Do you think we bought it there? NO! We drove 1.5 hours to Curtiss Ryan Honda. Why? Because after many, many hours, phone calls, and visits to other Honda dealerships - we finally found the BIG 3 anyone looks for: HONESTY, FAIR PRICE, & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a day off and after calling around to so many other dealerships and getting the B.S. run around, I called Curtiss Ryan and got Melissa. She was amazing, right from the start. It was so clean and easy, seemed too good to be true. Finance manager was great, too. My husband loves his new SI, and has been to Curtiss Ryan's service dept. twice. They are wonderful, too. So happy we have a car dealership to buy all our cars at now. Rest easy, you won't go wrong here! :) More

That being said, the reason I always come back is the way I am treated as a customer at Curtiss Ryan. I enjoyed the experience of working with Ed Blauvelt to choose a vehicle based upon his knowledge of the vehicle and the way my wife and I were treated. I got the sense that Ed was interested in establishing a customer relationship rather than pressuring me into a sale. He was very knowledgeable and informative before, during and after the sale. He and Kim Ryan worked hard to give us a price that was easy to say yes to and a customer experience that will have me coming back again for my next vehicle. More

We received quotes over the phone from Bob and went to the showroom to test drive two different models with Brian Zavoluk. They were both very professional and informative. I honestly was going to purchase another make car but did not like that dealer's high pressure tactics and elusive answers to our questions on pricing. Curtis Ryan made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free, giving us all the facts so we could make an intelligent purchase. We love our Honda Accord and would definitely recommend this dealership! More

We came in the same day for a test drive and decided to purchase the car. We were given a very fair trade-in price for our old car. Cole Crotta did an excellent job from start to finish handling all the details and addressing our concerns. Marcin Kieltyka went over the financial details with us and was most informative and efficient. Everyone involved was helpful and friendly. The whole process went very smoothly and we were very pleased with our experience. More
