Terri Gunger is simply the best car salesperson out there. Just picked up our brand new 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. She always has outstanding product knowledge. You cannot stump her with any question about the car. She is extremely customer oriented, one of the important characteristics of any salesperson. I would guess she has a very high percentage of repeat customers, because of her caring and concerned attitude for her customers. Easiest car buying experience we could hope for! I told Tony Sarica I was on a lunch hour when I stopped by last week to look for a new CRV. From that moment on he went out of his way to accommodate me. Tony knew the CRV in and out and was diligent about pointing out all the new features added since I bought my last one in 2006. His professionalism and genuine endorsement convinced me that I had made the right choice in choosing another CRV and coming to Curtiss Ryan to do that. When I returned a few days later to pick up my new CRV, Tony came in over an hour before his normal shift to have everything ready for me. He was organized and thorough with explaining all the paperwork and then made sure I was completely comfortable with every feature on the vehicle before I left. Even with the cold and the rain I believe Tony would have stood out there all morning explaining features to me if I asked him to. I told Tony as I left that he made car buying easy and I meant it. I couldn't ask for any better. More
