In this particular case our first contact with Cole Crotta was only the beginning of what was an incredibly positive experience. We have never had a salesman treat us with greater respect, courtesy and caring as we experienced with Mr. Crotta. He never once treated us as if he was doing us a favor, nor did he attempt to sell us a car other than what we were looking for. He made sure the car was flawless and undamaged, a very different experience from what we had already suffered at the hands of a New York dealership. Rarely, does a consumer come across this combination of courtesy, professionalism, and respect when purchasing a new car. Even rarer, is to find all of these qualities at one dealership. Such was our experience at Curtiss Ryan Honda. After having an incredibly unpleasant experience at a Honda dealership in Northern Westchester County New York, we found a dealership which had exactly what we were looking for and openly courted our business. When we arrived to pick up our new car everything was perfect. The car was exactly as represented and the sales person, Cole Crotta was a pleasure to deal with. As an added bonus, the dealer principal was also involved in every aspect of the transaction. He made himself available, was friendly courteous, professional, and made us feel that our business was not an entitlement. We cannot recommend this dealership more highly to anyone who is actively seeking to acquire a new or used Honda automobile. We went into the dealership knowing we wanted the CR-V and knew quite a bit about the vehicle prior to visiting the dealership. Scott was great at pointing out a few more features we did not know about the vehicle. He also knew we had a timeframe to purchase the vehicle and he worked on getting us the color exterior and interior we wanted and it arrived on time. Perfect. Again Scott was a very nice gentleman and he never pushed or became annoying like other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. Curtiss Ryan Honda will definitely be our go to for any future Honda purchases. More
