We have met with Ed many times over the past 9 years and we have always left feeling like our questions and concerns were addressed, and that - most importantly - we are treated like valued customers. Curtiss Ryan Honda is very different from other dealerships. Their Sales Consultants don't line up at the door, waiting to attack. There isn't anyone running around or shouting on the sales floor. We went with the intent of picking up a brochure and looking at the new Accord and CRV we had done our research and wanted an idea of what the payments would be and what the newer models had to offer. After a few minutes with Hector we had numbers that fit out budget and we were off on our test drive. Hector Rodriguez is by far the BEST sales rep we've ever dealt with, he's informed, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. He answered all of questions, he took his time going over the car and all of its features during the test drive. There was never a moment during the process where we felt rushed or pressured. He was absolutely amazing!! After a few hours we walked out of there with a brand new Accord and I love my new car.
