Going back to Nissan I purchased a top of the line CRV. No haggling. I just needed a new car. I was very clear with my salesman that I have some issues with vision and ne I purchased a top of the line CRV. No haggling. I just needed a new car. I was very clear with my salesman that I have some issues with vision and needed a good GPS and bright headlights. I was assured that the model I was purchasing had both. Needless to say, it has neither. The GPS rarely shows the street names. Rather just screen after screen of lines with no street names anywhere. I rarely know what street I'm turning on to. The headlights are so dim that my passengers keep telling me to "put on the lights". It's an accident waiting to happen. I voiced my concern, but was told it would cost me $800 to replace the headlights with Acura units. Also, I have read that many other customers have complained about the same issues. Once this car is paid off, it's back to Nissan. More

We drove 1.5 hours to Curtiss Ryan Honda. Why? Because after many, many hours, phone calls, and visits to other Honda dealerships - we finally found the BIG 3 anyone looks for: HONESTY, FAIR PRICE, & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a day off and after calling around to so many other dealerships and getting the B.S. run around, I called Curtiss Ryan and got Melissa. She was amazing, right from the start. I enjoyed the experience of working with Ed Blauvelt to choose a vehicle based upon his knowledge of the vehicle and the way my wife and I were treated. I got the sense that Ed was interested in establishing a customer relationship rather than pressuring me into a sale. He was very knowledgeable and informative before, during and after the sale. He and Kim Ryan worked hard to give us a price that was easy to say yes to and a customer experience that will have me coming back again for my next vehicle. More
