Brian answered all our questions about the car, and even told us a few things we forgot to ask, like how to handle the keyless entry/starter device for valet parking. He also helped my wife sync her iPhone via Bluetooth, and made sure we were comfortable with all the controls before we drove off. Brian even handled the trade-in of our old car with a minimum of fuss. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.
