Our goal that day was to simply test drive the FIT but we ended up purchasing a 2015 Civic because it was a better "fit" for us and it so familiar in handling and size. Ed listened to us as to our wants, likes and needs and had the car available at CR that day. Can you imagine we just received a call today (Tuesday) after picking up the car on Saturday from Ed to see how we were doing with the car and if we had any questions. Impressive. She's friendly, honest, low keyed, and was able to get us an excellent trade-in price for our 18 year old Chevy Cavaliar. I drove the Honda Civic LX that we bought for a test drive. My wife Ellen sat in front and Melissa sat in the back. She explained many of our car's features as we drove and twice she diplomatically reminded me what exit to get off and when to go on a green light when the left lane showed red. When she instructed us on all the major features on our Civic on Friday August 21 after we paid for the car, she was VERY PATIENT with us and took her time to make sure we understood all the important features. Marcin K., the business manager was phenomenal when it came to his part. He told us about all the options, showed us a pamphlet which had the prices and he was very laid back the whole time. He joked with us, made us feel at ease and when we signed up for the four year extended warranty, he said that was the best pick if we planned on keeping the car for more than three years. He was by far the BEST automobile business manager we ever dealt with. Curtis-Ryan Honda of Shelton CT is very fortunate to have such dedicated, personable workers who obviously LOVE THEIR JOBS!! I am very pleased with the purchasing process and have been very happy over the years on the service of my older Honda's. With the way car buying has changed with the internet and the way dealerships strive to improve I feel that Curtiss Ryan was very professional through the entire process of purchasing our new car and out of 5 CT Honda dealers I got quotes from CR and 2 other Honda dealers really showed their desire to be up front, professional, and respectful. I asked for up front best pricing and they were overall at the top for best price. A sure way to tell good dealerships from not so good is the way they communicate and treat their customers. They showed that respect and appreciation through the entire process. Two other dealers that did not get the sale responded with appreciation to getting the opportunity to bid on the car and the two other dealers that communicated rather poorly were unresponsive after loosing the sale. Shows you that some places are still not being respectful to buyers and all they want is the sale. With all of that am very happy with my new Honda Odyssey! Thank you Curtiss Ryan Honda! More

Tried to purchase from a different dealer and had a terrible experience. Called on a Wednesday morning and spoke with Rory Singer and he said they had one. Did not make an appointment but went to dealership a few hours later and he met us and asked if we had taken one for test drive, we had not so he took us right away- no high pressure only help. The car was exactly what we wanted and we bought it that day. Made appointment with Rory to pick up the car Friday morning and the process went excellently. We really like the car and will definitely go to Curtis Ryan for servicing. Will definitely recommend both Curtis Ryan and Rory Singer to our friends. More
