I had to wait a couple of months for the car, and I began to get a little anxious about getting it in time to go back to work after the summer. I left Ed a message about it, and he responded quickly, offering many suggestions to help bridge the gap in case I didn't get the car in time. The next day, Ed called me again because the car was just being unloaded off of the truck and then devoted his day to helping me get all of my ducks in a row so that I could pick it up on the very same day. He and Marcin (finance) got everything all set for me, and I was driving my new car by that afternoon!
