He is patient and knowledgable, and has always been available to answer our questions in person, on the phone or via email. We have met with Ed many times over the past 9 years and we have always left feeling like our questions and concerns were addressed, and that - most importantly - we are treated like valued customers. Curtiss Ryan Honda is very different from other dealerships. Their Sales Consultants don't line up at the door, waiting to attack. There isn't anyone running around or shouting on the sales floor.
