I had to wait a couple of months for the car, and I began to get a little anxious about getting it in time to go back to work after the summer. I left Ed a message about it, and he responded quickly, offering many suggestions to help bridge the gap in case I didn't get the car in time. The next day, Ed called me again because the car was just being unloaded off of the truck and then devoted his day to helping me get all of my ducks in a row so that I could pick it up on the very same day. He and Marcin (finance) got everything all set for me, and I was driving my new car by that afternoon! Our goal that day was to simply test drive the FIT but we ended up purchasing a 2015 Civic because it was a better "fit" for us and it so familiar in handling and size. Ed listened to us as to our wants, likes and needs and had the car available at CR that day. Can you imagine we just received a call today (Tuesday) after picking up the car on Saturday from Ed to see how we were doing with the car and if we had any questions. Impressive. Purchased 2015 Honda Civic LX on Friday 8-21-15 My wife and I had Melissa Barrett as our salesperson on Thursday August 20. She was excellent to work with. Melissa is a top notch auto salesperson. She's friendly, honest, low keyed, and was able to get us an excellent trade-in price for our 18 year old Chevy Cavaliar. I drove the Honda Civic LX that we bought for a test drive. My wife Ellen sat in front and Melissa sat in the back. She explained many of our car's features as we drove and twice she diplomatically reminded me what exit to get off and when to go on a green light when the left lane showed red. When she instructed us on all the major features on our Civic on Friday August 21 after we paid for the car, she was VERY PATIENT with us and took her time to make sure we understood all the important features. Marcin K., the business manager was phenomenal when it came to his part. He told us about all the options, showed us a pamphlet which had the prices and he was very laid back the whole time. He joked with us, made us feel at ease and when we signed up for the four year extended warranty, he said that was the best pick if we planned on keeping the car for more than three years. He was by far the BEST automobile business manager we ever dealt with. Curtis-Ryan Honda of Shelton CT is very fortunate to have such dedicated, personable workers who obviously LOVE THEIR JOBS!!
