Terri was on vacation when I arrived, so I met with Ed about the test drive. After the test drive, he explained all the next steps without me even having to ask, and was sensitive to the fact that I was looking at other cars as well and it came across un-pushy. I ended up choosing a car at another dealer (with lower miles, that was my deciding factor) but had a great experience here and definitely recommend Curtiss Ryan. More
