Fair and straightforward I have purchased/leased 5 cars here in the last 4 years and have always had a good experience. My salesperson is Ed Blauvelt, but I have also dealt with Scott Glazer with a purchase for my Dad. Both are excellent and will be honest with you. Their service department has been excellent and the parts guys as well. Overall a great dealership, especially when you compare it to some of the shenanigans you'll experience elsewhere in CT. More

very unhappy I bought my granddaughter a "certified" used Honda, 2013 about four or five months ago. A few days after taking possession of the vehicle she had pro I bought my granddaughter a "certified" used Honda, 2013 about four or five months ago. A few days after taking possession of the vehicle she had problems with the brakes. Took it back and was supposedly fixed. A few weeks later same problem, they supposedly turned down the rotors and fixed the brakes. Four months later she is still having the same problems; took it back yesterday and of course the warranty is over and to fix the problem it will cost her $400.00. Because they say it's "were and tear".....after 4 months? Furthermore, when she went to pick up the car after the sale everything was supposed to be ready as she had to be to work....they waited so long to sign the final papers, that she was almost fired from her job....and they knew she had to be at work. Those final papers should have been ready and waiting for her. I will NEVER do business with this place again!!! More
