He explained each vehicle in detail, knew the packages, mileage, price, etc. I was extremely impressed with how clean the cars were. It’s obvious they take pride in detailing them. They could have just as easily taken the car in and done as I had instructed them and billed me for unnecessary work, true honesty, hard to find these days. Then on top of this when there was a delay in getting a ride to work the service manage stepped up without hesitation and drove us himself. This service department goes above and beyond. Thank you.
