Fantastic I used the leave a message below feature under the contact us portion of Curtiss Ryan's website telling the dealership that I was looking to purchase I used the leave a message below feature under the contact us portion of Curtiss Ryan's website telling the dealership that I was looking to purchase a 2020 Accord. Jill Reyes got back to me the next day, and set up a test drive with my salesman Rory Singer. Rory was extremely knowledgeable about the Accord that we test drove, and attempted to locate a 2019 Accord within the tri-state area that matched my specifications.( to save me some money) After a bit of number crunching and searching for a vehicle that matched my criteria I decided on brand new 2020. It was the logical choice price wise and to customize it to my liking. I told Rory I couldn't make my mind up on a color, and that I was torn between red, and silver, and wanted to see them both in person. Rory listened to exactly what I wanted in my new Accord, and delivered on his promise just over a week later. I spoke at length with Jack Pape as well, and can tell you that he's upfront, honest, and very trustworthy. I had a horrendous experience buying a vehicle from a different Honda dealer in 2007 and have had my car serviced at Curtiss Ryan ever since. I recently drove off Curtiss Ryan's lot in my brand new 2020 Accord, (11-19-19) and to be honest, it was one of the easiest, seamless, no haggle,(or nonsense) processes of buying a car that I've ever experienced. Rory is an incredible salesman who has the customers best interest at heart with every sale, and the rest of the staff is just as welcoming, and friendly.
