Horrible experience - Sales person didn't get us the car we asked for despite waiting for 4 weeks. Service center forced us in for an add on and didn't have the tools to fix. Had to drive a loaner for 5 d we asked for despite waiting for 4 weeks. Service center forced us in for an add on and didn't have the tools to fix. Had to drive a loaner for 5 days.
