Easy and fast I was looking to get a new car for some time and worked with different dealers the last few months however they were unable to help me due to my car s I was looking to get a new car for some time and worked with different dealers the last few months however they were unable to help me due to my car situation. I decided to stop in my local Toyota dealership and Matt Servido was the first person to come up to me in the showroom. He introduce himself and invested much time in trying to find the best solution to get me into a new car that is affordable and reliable. He presented me with a plan that helped me get out of my old car and into a new 2017 Camry SE Sport edition. He walked me through all the different options which helped make my final decision a lot easier. He took care of all the paperwork and tied up any loose ends so i was able to drive out of the lot within a few days. John C also spent time working with my mother and I to ensure everything that was the ideal situation for us. Overall, Matt was wonderful, knowledgeable and treated us like we were family. Leasin a New Car I am one of these individuals that doesn't like to haggle, however, I do want to know how the price gets from A (Cost) to B (monthly lease amount). This is probably the 5th car I have leased from Curry Toyota and I have been able to satisfy my requests to feel that I have gotten a fair deal. John Contreras, the Sales Manager, has been the manager since I have dealt with Curry and is a solid, trustworthy individual. The salesman I dealt with on the latest occasion, Xiaver, was very professional and did his best to satisfy any questions I asked. Coming from the Finance arena myself, I can be very demanding in my requests. Both John, Xiaver and Ai Hiam did an excellent job with my latest encounter. I will continue to deal with Curry and use their services as a result of John and Xiaver's professionalism. More

Bruce Ascher is the best salesperson We read reviews prior to going and knew who we wanted to deal with. We made an appointment and Bruce went out of his way from start to finish to make our buying experience a pleasant one.We were actually reluctant to use the dealership as we had negative experiences before, once was a hard selling tactic where our car went "missing" and the one year old car they showed us was was in terrible shape for a used car including having 80,000 miles and a filthy interior. Bruce knew that we knew what we wanted, a Prius, went to get the car in another lot, spent a great deal of time with us, even after the purchase to go over the specs. The entire dealership seems to have changed for the better and when Bruce took us to service, they were accommodating while we made our first appointment. A great overall experience. THANKS BRUCE! They were able to offer a similar deal with no hassle and honesty. It took me less than a few hours and my decision was made. A few days later, I picked up my shiny brand new white Toyota! Matt the salesman was kind, helpful and very patient with me thru the process. He took his time and was extremely polite and courteous. Went Above and Beyond! I came to Curry Toyota with a very unique situation involving my trade in. Right from the start they wanted to solve my problem and get me into the ri I came to Curry Toyota with a very unique situation involving my trade in. Right from the start they wanted to solve my problem and get me into the right vehicle. Jose Cardoza spent time listening to my issue and then even more time finding what vehicle would solve my problem. Jose was more concerned with making sure the vehicle was the right fit than trying to sell me something I would hate. This was a pleasant surprise at a dealership. I also dealt with John Contreras and Phil Giorgio who as managers did everything they could to overcome my unique issue. I was shocked where a “usual” dealer would’ve sent you on your way or said we can’t help you they said don’t worry we will get it done. John from start to finish made sure the transaction went fast and smooth despite the issues that I brought when trading my vehicle in. The last person I dealt with was Anthony Mercuri and he did everything he could to solve the issues around me financing. Despite him having other customers he spent as much time as needed and didn’t rush at all. In the end I left Curry Toyota one extremely happy customer shocked at the high level of customer service I was provided by all the staff I dealt with. If you’re in the market for a Toyota whether new or used I strongly recommend you stop in and see the staff here you won’t be disappointed. On a separate note I strongly suggest all the employees I’ve mentioned get recognized by Curry Toyota for their excellent level of customer service. More
