Bruce, terrific salesman I had a 2013 Prius and when i met Bruce at your dealership about a year ago. If it wasn't for him I would probably have gone somewhere else. He always had a smile and a pleasant attitude. Never got annoyed with me and always answered my questions. John and Tan At Curry Toyota Are Awesome John and Tan were amazing to work with. These two guys really did everything they could to get me in the truck we wanted and in the color we preferred John and Tan were amazing to work with. These two guys really did everything they could to get me in the truck we wanted and in the color we preferred for the price I could afford to pay. They are people of their word which is hard to find when purchasing a car. I never felt better leaving a dealership than I did last night. Tan went through every detail pertaining to the car and really took his time explaining it. We never felt pressure from them to make a deal right away. In fact, I already had a down payment at another dealership and a truck waiting for me but these guys made me feel so comfortable and they were so honest I got my deposit back and did business with them at Curry Toyota. Curry Toyota Excellence Just purchased my second vehicle from Curry Toyota and it could not have been easier or better! Phil connected me with Bruce, we took a test drive, Bruce answered all of my questions and then they made me a great deal. Picking up the car was so easy. Bruce showed me all of the truck's features making sure I understood how everything worked. Then Tony walked me through the paperwork in no time at all and I was soon driving away in my new truck! My Experience at Toyota This is my second car I've leased from Curry Toyota and was greeted with much enthusiasm and kindness when I entered the dealership by Matt and John.. This is my second car I've leased from Curry Toyota and was greeted with much enthusiasm and kindness when I entered the dealership by Matt and John.. I gave an excellent rating because of the care and patience I received from John Contreras, Matt Servidio and Anthony Mercuri. However, I did not have a good experience with AiHam Alkhatib. He tried to help at the beginning, however, he gave me the wrong information in regard to my lease and was very pushy and rude. He gave me a price for the lease, in which I was not in agreement, but then after many phone conversations. called me back and told me "WE'VE AGREED UPON WHAT YOU REQUESTED, SO IT'S A DEAL, COME IN ON THURSDAY TO GET YOUR CAR" However, this was not the case when I went to get the car. Apparently, AiHam took it upon himself to make this agreement with me, without checking with the GM. However, after I spoke with Anthony and John we agreed on a lease and then things moved smoothly. This experience with AiHam caused me unnecessary stress, when this was to be a pleasant experience. I also did not appreciate AiHam putting himself in my face when I was signing the papers in Anthonys office and, asking if I was explained information regarding some sort of additional packages. It was not his place at that point, to push his way into Anthony's office to ask anything. I would definitely return to Curry, however, I WILL not have any conversations or dealings with AiHam. Extremely poor service!!!! I brought my 2004 Prius in for an oil change, and general maintenance. After five and a 1/2 (5 1/2) hours there was a bill for over $900.00 bill, and I brought my 2004 Prius in for an oil change, and general maintenance. After five and a 1/2 (5 1/2) hours there was a bill for over $900.00 bill, and the work requested was not done properly. I was told I needed new front brakes, new tires (supposedly 80,000 mile Cooper)... The tires had only ~30,000 k miles, and since it was not a regular brand that they sold they would not do anything with them, and further they were unable to get me any information as to where I could go for warranted service on them, I had to figure it out. They also indicated that the wheels needed to be aligned... since then the car has been pulling to the right where as it never did that before, even with the "bad tires" I was not convinced that the brakes were actually replaced until I had them checked out at my local service station. I had requested that the tires be rotated which they did, however I discovered that there was less than 20 lbs of air in them when there was 40 to begin with ... to say the least I was particularly upset when I had asked at least 3 times to make sure that the proper air was in the tires, and was assured each time that it was taken care of. I addition I asked that the battery be checked, they said that it was done, however I got stuck with a dead battery the very next morning!!! There were other issues which were nor even address They were very quick to have a sales rep call me (his name was Hunter I believe) to sell me a new car, but when he herd my complaints, he piratically hung up ... he did not want to hear it, and certainly was not going to pass on such a negative complaint; needless to say I am extremely upset and not likely to return to Curry Toyota again for anything!!!! More
