Curry Toyota Excellence Just purchased my second vehicle from Curry Toyota and it could not have been easier or better! Got a great deal on a new Tacoma and also received a very fair price on my trade-in. Phil connected me with Bruce, we took a test drive, Bruce answered all of my questions and then they made me a great deal. Picking up the car was so easy. Bruce showed me all of the truck's features making sure I understood how everything worked. Then Tony walked me through the paperwork in no time at all and I was soon driving away in my new truck! Everyone was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and great to work with! I highly recommend this dealership! More

My Experience at Toyota This is my second car I've leased from Curry Toyota and was greeted with much enthusiasm and kindness when I entered the dealership by Matt and John.. This is my second car I've leased from Curry Toyota and was greeted with much enthusiasm and kindness when I entered the dealership by Matt and John.. I gave an excellent rating because of the care and patience I received from John Contreras, Matt Servidio and Anthony Mercuri. However, I did not have a good experience with AiHam Alkhatib. He tried to help at the beginning, however, he gave me the wrong information in regard to my lease and was very pushy and rude. He gave me a price for the lease, in which I was not in agreement, but then after many phone conversations. called me back and told me "WE'VE AGREED UPON WHAT YOU REQUESTED, SO IT'S A DEAL, COME IN ON THURSDAY TO GET YOUR CAR" However, this was not the case when I went to get the car. Apparently, AiHam took it upon himself to make this agreement with me, without checking with the GM. However, after I spoke with Anthony and John we agreed on a lease and then things moved smoothly. This experience with AiHam caused me unnecessary stress, when this was to be a pleasant experience. I also did not appreciate AiHam putting himself in my face when I was signing the papers in Anthonys office and, asking if I was explained information regarding some sort of additional packages. It was not his place at that point, to push his way into Anthony's office to ask anything. I would definitely return to Curry, however, I WILL not have any conversations or dealings with AiHam. Extremely poor service!!!! I brought my 2004 Prius in for an oil change, and general maintenance. After five and a 1/2 (5 1/2) hours there was a bill for over $900.00 bill, and I brought my 2004 Prius in for an oil change, and general maintenance. After five and a 1/2 (5 1/2) hours there was a bill for over $900.00 bill, and the work requested was not done properly. I was told I needed new front brakes, new tires (supposedly 80,000 mile Cooper)... The tires had only ~30,000 k miles, and since it was not a regular brand that they sold they would not do anything with them, and further they were unable to get me any information as to where I could go for warranted service on them, I had to figure it out. They also indicated that the wheels needed to be aligned... since then the car has been pulling to the right where as it never did that before, even with the "bad tires" I was not convinced that the brakes were actually replaced until I had them checked out at my local service station. I had requested that the tires be rotated which they did, however I discovered that there was less than 20 lbs of air in them when there was 40 to begin with ... to say the least I was particularly upset when I had asked at least 3 times to make sure that the proper air was in the tires, and was assured each time that it was taken care of. I addition I asked that the battery be checked, they said that it was done, however I got stuck with a dead battery the very next morning!!! There were other issues which were nor even address They were very quick to have a sales rep call me (his name was Hunter I believe) to sell me a new car, but when he herd my complaints, he piratically hung up ... he did not want to hear it, and certainly was not going to pass on such a negative complaint; needless to say I am extremely upset and not likely to return to Curry Toyota again for anything!!!! More

Easy and fast I was looking to get a new car for some time and worked with different dealers the last few months however they were unable to help me due to my car s I was looking to get a new car for some time and worked with different dealers the last few months however they were unable to help me due to my car situation. I decided to stop in my local Toyota dealership and Matt Servido was the first person to come up to me in the showroom. He introduce himself and invested much time in trying to find the best solution to get me into a new car that is affordable and reliable. He presented me with a plan that helped me get out of my old car and into a new 2017 Camry SE Sport edition. He walked me through all the different options which helped make my final decision a lot easier. He took care of all the paperwork and tied up any loose ends so i was able to drive out of the lot within a few days. John C also spent time working with my mother and I to ensure everything that was the ideal situation for us. Overall, Matt was wonderful, knowledgeable and treated us like we were family. Leasin a New Car I am one of these individuals that doesn't like to haggle, however, I do want to know how the price gets from A (Cost) to B (monthly lease amount). This is probably the 5th car I have leased from Curry Toyota and I have been able to satisfy my requests to feel that I have gotten a fair deal. John Contreras, the Sales Manager, has been the manager since I have dealt with Curry and is a solid, trustworthy individual. The salesman I dealt with on the latest occasion, Xiaver, was very professional and did his best to satisfy any questions I asked. Coming from the Finance arena myself, I can be very demanding in my requests. Both John, Xiaver and Ai Hiam did an excellent job with my latest encounter. I will continue to deal with Curry and use their services as a result of John and Xiaver's professionalism. More

Bruce Ascher is the best salesperson We read reviews prior to going and knew who we wanted to deal with. We made an appointment and Bruce went out of his way from start to finish to make our buying experience a pleasant one.We were actually reluctant to use the dealership as we had negative experiences before, once was a hard selling tactic where our car went "missing" and the one year old car they showed us was was in terrible shape for a used car including having 80,000 miles and a filthy interior. Bruce knew that we knew what we wanted, a Prius, went to get the car in another lot, spent a great deal of time with us, even after the purchase to go over the specs. The entire dealership seems to have changed for the better and when Bruce took us to service, they were accommodating while we made our first appointment. A great overall experience. THANKS BRUCE! 'My Toyota Experience' I initially went to Curry Hyndai to lease a car,and my experience there ok but not successful. I went over to Toyota and BINGO!!! They were able to offer a similar deal with no hassle and honesty. It took me less than a few hours and my decision was made. A few days later, I picked up my shiny brand new white Toyota! Matt the salesman was kind, helpful and very patient with me thru the process. He took his time and was extremely polite and courteous. Thank you John C. for having the perfect hand shake and making sure the process went smoothly with ease. If I am writing this review, you all did your job thoroughly with a mindful spirit. Right from the start they wanted to solve my problem and get me into the right vehicle. Jose Cardoza spent time listening to my issue and then even more time finding what vehicle would solve my problem. Jose was more concerned with making sure the vehicle was the right fit than trying to sell me something I would hate. This was a pleasant surprise at a dealership. I also dealt with John Contreras and Phil Giorgio who as managers did everything they could to overcome my unique issue. I was shocked where a “usual” dealer would’ve sent you on your way or said we can’t help you they said don’t worry we will get it done. John from start to finish made sure the transaction went fast and smooth despite the issues that I brought when trading my vehicle in. The last person I dealt with was Anthony Mercuri and he did everything he could to solve the issues around me financing. Despite him having other customers he spent as much time as needed and didn’t rush at all. In the end I left Curry Toyota one extremely happy customer shocked at the high level of customer service I was provided by all the staff I dealt with. If you’re in the market for a Toyota whether new or used I strongly recommend you stop in and see the staff here you won’t be disappointed. On a separate note I strongly suggest all the employees I’ve mentioned get recognized by Curry Toyota for their excellent level of customer service. More
