To our great surprise, not only did we feel extremely welcome and comfortable during the whole process with Matthew Heermance, we left knowing we made wise decisions, purchased a car we would be very happy with, and started a relationship which would lead to future purchases and maintenace visits. Matt guided us throught the entire process, answering all types of questions, and making sure everything was still OK days after the purchase.
