Excellence, patience and good old customer service pros! We came into curry looking at a Highlander and met Bruce. We told him we were not getting a car for a while since we were still doing our research on We came into curry looking at a Highlander and met Bruce. We told him we were not getting a car for a while since we were still doing our research on other vehicles. He was very helpful and understanding! Of all the car dealerships we went to, Bruce was the only salesman that kept in touch with us to see how things were going and to see if we had questions. My husband visited the dealership on several occasions to test drive the vehicle and ask questions. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and Bruce was very understanding to my needs whenever I visited the dealership. We ended up getting a Highlander SE and leasing it. We also traded in a vehicle. We were able to easily get the price we wanted for the trade in as well as the lease price we wanted. Once the car was ready, Bruce showed us everything there was to know about the vehicle. The dreaded paperwork portion of the evening was surprisingly fast and painless! All of the numbers were in order and I never experienced such a quick turnaround with the finance dept at any dealership. I would recommend Bruce and his team to anyone looking for a Toyota! More

Jim Wolynetz was very knowledgeable, patient, and motivated to find the best car and price for me based on my budget and preferences. For once, I did not feel like I was being pushed to buy a car. In addition to giving me his undivided attention at the dealership, he was always easy to reach and responsive by phone and email. After I brought my new 2017 Toyota sienna home, he followed up to make sure everything was ok. Bottom line...i felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. More

The icing on the cake was when it started pouring rain at the end of new car delivery, and he stood there getting soaked just so he could explain the last few new car features to me. Hope I can pay that forward by encouraging all to ask for Matt. And I hope he had a spare shirt!! His boss John Contreras has little to offer, and thankfully isn't needed. More
STAY AWAY!!!! This was the most horrendous experience I have ever had!!!! This was my first time working with a dealership and it was baptism by fire. Not sure why you have to work with a sales person if every two seconds they need to ask their manager. I gave them my budget and the car I wanted, they told me they couldn’t help me. They then call me and tell me they got the car I wanted within my budget and asked me to come in for me to further discuss. In excitement I made the appointment then left work early and headed to the dealership. When I arrived they had me wait for 45 minutes then Henny came over sat me at his desk told me he would be right with me and scurried to the back. After 30 minutes of now waiting at his desk I ask the receptionist how much longer I had to wait she called over Henny and he told me they are running the numbers and would be right with me. I asked him why didn’t he call me to notify me that the numbers weren’t ready? Why did he have me make an appointment to come in and wait over an hour. He proceeded to put his pointer finger about 5 inches away from my face and shush me, telling me he would call when the numbers are ready…… He called a hour later but I didn’t answer. He continued to call me apologizing telling me he could get me into another car. After being so disrespected I wasn’t going in to see another car. Not only had they wasted my time but they attempted to pull a bait and switch.. I ended up going to Jeep two weeks later, at Jeep I bought a car with more features that cost 4k more but the payments actually ended up being well below my budget. I don't recommend... More
