George Belliveau was great. I was very particular with what I was looking for and he helped secure a great vehicle for our family. It took a while to get in stock as new vehicle inventory was limited and they do not build vehicles to specification anymore. Surprisingly, he was able to get nearly exactly what we wanted at his dealership. Once the purchase was complete, he took a lengthy time to go over all the features and set up the vehicle for us. He really helped us so much during this whole process and had great communication. He guided us through everything. I recently visited the service center for a routine tire rotation, oil change, and a review of a coolant leak. To my dismay, I was presented with a bill totaling $600, which included charges for brake pads rotation, oil change, and a review of a coolant leak. Despite raising my concerns with the management, they proved to be unhelpful and failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. I am deeply disappointed by their lack of accountability. I will continue to dispute these charges until a thorough investigation is conducted and the matter is appropriately resolved. This experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of their services. More
