I visited Curry Toyota - Cortlandt November 18 for my Rav 4’s annual service. The vehicle was taken in immediately and check-in at the service desk was fast and efficient. The service was approximately 2 h 4’s annual service. The vehicle was taken in immediately and check-in at the service desk was fast and efficient. The service was approximately 2 hours and I was kept informed as to when to expect the service to be completed. Several repair issues (besides the annual service) were found and explained thoroughly-as well as cost to repair-before I agreed to accept. My service advisor (Rick) was attentive, cheerful and more than ready to answer questions. Additionally, he made suggestions for cold-weather maintenance for me to follow. The waiting room was very clean as well as the surrounding hallways and the staff very friendly. It was a pleasant experience. More
