Junior Jimenez proved himself to be an incredible person! On Thursday March 31, 2011, my girlfriend and i had a flat tire in a remote area with no cellphone service. When no other person would stop, Junior stopped, drove us back to a store so we could buy the things wee needed to fixed the tire and continue on. He stayed with us until he was certain we were safely on our way. He was a real hero in our eyes. Employees like this are hard to come by. More
After a bad experience at New Rochelle Toyota, I vowed never to go into another Toyota dealership until my girlfriend told me about her good experience at Curry. I was sent to Watson on the Hyundai side w never to go into another Toyota dealership until my girlfriend told me about her good experience at Curry. I was sent to Watson on the Hyundai side who said to me, "If I cannot find your certified Toyota I have the right man who can" then I was introduced to Danny Lawrence. Danny was a good listener and seasoned in his customer relations skills. He sympathized with our past experience and managed to restore our confidence in purchasing a vehicle; his patience was awesome. Kevin, his manager suggested a certified vehicle that was more economical and accommodating for our family of six You could tell that Kevin was also interested in helping us get the best for our money. Although we had doubts that we weren't going to qualify for the vehicle, they- the curry team,"DNK" Danny,Nick and Kevin- were willing to be flexible to work with us. Here comes Nick,"The finance guy" a young gentleman who was very patient and attentive to working our deal. He too listened to our past experience with New Ro. and understood our time limitations. Nick's follow up was great -he called everyday like clockwork to let us know where the deal was- and he never seemed frustrated with our questions. This was an excellent team to work with. The car- When we first took a thorough look at it had no damage, however, when went back for a second look (a couple of days later) it had some minor damage that occurred in their service area. I brought it to the attention of Danny and Kevin and they fixed the problem and addressed my concerns. I copmletely agree with vette55. Curry matched a very aggressive offer from dealer in central NJ. Other closer dealers could not come close to it. Sales mananger did try to sell some insurance, etc when I came in to sign loan docs, etc. and pick up car, but he was very low key about and was fine when I politley declined - no pressure. A great car buying experience! More
Bait and Switch!!! Dont trust this dealership!! They advertise low prices to get you to come in.....and then they will tell you they, "Just got a deposit!!! But we have a lot of other vehicles we can advertise low prices to get you to come in.....and then they will tell you they, "Just got a deposit!!! But we have a lot of other vehicles we can show you!!! They will also try to add on an extra $800 for window etching among a long list of other ways to clean out your wallet! I thought I could trust them because it is a Toyota dealership! That is not the case!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! More

While I happened to get a kind, human salesman, he has since left his job at Toyota, presumably because the rest of the staff just seems angry and soulless. As the sales process was drawing to a close, another weasely salesman actually tried to snake his sale out from under him by lying and saying that he was gone for the rest of the day because of an emergency, when my guy had just stepped out to lunch. It was uncomfortable and disgusting behavior to exhibit. Return trips for repairs have been a miserable disaster due to gross mismanagement and noncommunication across the board. More
