He knows the products he sells and he takes the time to explain all of the features and options that the vehicle has. There was no need to haggle with price as Dan gave me by far the best price out of any other Toyota dealership, and there was no pressure to "buy today". Dan even found the color my wife wanted, which was no small task considering the current state of Toyota's inventory. The vehicle was delivered on time. Everything was ready when I arrived at the dealership to pick up the Toyota Sienna, and they didn't try to sell me any last minutes "upgrades" that I don't need. Dan even made the arrangements with my insurance company so the vehicle was insured when I picked it up.
