This was the worst service experience I have ever had. I had a 7:30 appointment for service due to a recall notice. I brought the car in the night before so it was available when they opened their doors. Th had a 7:30 appointment for service due to a recall notice. I brought the car in the night before so it was available when they opened their doors. They did not begin work on my car until 4:13 PM and it was not done until 5:44 PM. No one called to tell us the work was not done. I even left several messages on the answering machine to try and find out if the work had been completed and if I could pick up my car as promised. No one ever called me back. They next morning I got a call that my car was ready. When we went to pick up the car they couldn't find where they had parked it. Even after finding the car they could not find the key. Luckily I had a spare key or I wouldn't have been able to drive it home. Several hours later they finally hand delivered the lost key to our home. More
