I came in on a very busy Saturday and was still able to work out a deal for a new Outback, a trade-in for my CR-V, and pick up the car by 5pm. Marc was very friendly and straightforward, they had severa work out a deal for a new Outback, a trade-in for my CR-V, and pick up the car by 5pm. Klitos, the finance manager, did not push anything on me at the last minute, so the deal I signed was the deal we discussed. This is probably the best car buying experience I have had.
