Top notch service dept I had purchased my Subaru Legacy from colonial back in September of 2016, I’ve had it serviced there ever sense I bought it Tina in the service dept i I had purchased my Subaru Legacy from colonial back in September of 2016, I’ve had it serviced there ever sense I bought it Tina in the service dept is top notch she goes above and beyond to accomidate my work schedule to fit me in, last month I was told my car would need a water pump and a front strut I was worried about how I would pay for such repairs well to my surprise all the repairs where covered under warranty they even found a bad wheel hub assembly while the car was there and they replaced that as well under warranty.. I needed a Nearly 18 years ago, I moved to the Hudson Valley, traded in my Volvo, and purchased my first Subaru, a new Legacy, from Colonial Subaru. I needed a car that was dependable and safe and could navigate the Hudson Valley’s snowy roads. Twelve years later, I traded that car in at Colonial and purchased my second Subaru from them. I am a happy customer! Both cars have been serviced exclusively by Colonial, and I have never had anything but good experiences with the Service Department.
