Due to my husbands death, I needed to surrender the leased Forester I had been driving. Steve did all the work for me. He found a new Forester, made arrangements with the company to surrender my vehicle, got in touch with my insurance company, and worked out the financing so it was manageable for me. Since I live out of state, they even brought back the plates to DMV! All I had to do was drive in and sign the paper work and drive away. He went beyond customer service and took the stress out of what had been a stressful situation for me. Many thanks!!!! More

When I pointed to ample amounts of rust on the exhaust and even picked a rust piece off, Jeff told me that I was wrong and that wasn't "rust". He then told me to cut to the chase and when I provided what we were willing to pay based on KKB and Edmunds pricing, again Jeff told me I was wrong and these sites are only for consumers and don't give the accurate numbers for what a car is really worth. I was appalled by his unprofessional manner and would never support this dealership. More

Service Issues Bought a new 2018 Outback. Dealer had incorrect trailer hitch installed. Took 3 return visits and intervention from dealership owner to correct. Warra Bought a new 2018 Outback. Dealer had incorrect trailer hitch installed. Took 3 return visits and intervention from dealership owner to correct. Warranty work on nav system/radio - now back for the 4th time for this problem. Hopefully this is the last time. Would NOT recommend this dealership. Have had to loose almost a combined week of work over the past year trying to get this vechicle right. Dealer offered 'coutesy loaner' that will not allow pets in the vechicle so no use to me. Also for 'coutesy' car dealer now wants to charge me $0.15 per mile plus fuel = no courtesy. Didn't tell me that ahead of time so am now sitting and waiting with time to write this review. Very disappointed in my experiences here and wanting others to avoid - my opinion - find another place to purchase and service your subaru. Would give it a 'zero' rating but the least you can give in one star! More

The attention to detail from test drive through delivery was impressive, unlike any other car buying experience I’ve had. I was not handed off to finance people. David handled it all.
