TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Back up camera on my 2020 Sentra was bad. They had to order one. Scheduled an appointment they said would take 4 hours. Took day off from work. After 45 minutes they called me and said n bad. They had to order one. Scheduled an appointment they said would take 4 hours. Took day off from work. After 45 minutes they called me and said new camera arrived damaged and they had to order another! Do you think they would have checked it when it arrived! How does a miniature camera get damaged? Now I need to take another day off when this camera arrives! On top of that it takes a week to get camera and a week to get a service appointment. Also No courtesy ride! More inconveniences for not only me but family. Who knows how awful my next visit will be when camera arrives? More
