The service dept. did a great job diagnosing and repairing our leak and lack of heater. We love our long-bed Frontier, our second (son has first one and also services did a great job diagnosing and repairing our leak and lack of heater. I received a quote for a blower motor replacement of around $900. I took my car in, making special arrangements to take an uber into work from the dealership. After about an hour and a half, I received around $900. I took my car in, making special arrangements to take an uber into work from the dealership. After about an hour and a half, I received a call, stating that the resistors also needed to be replaced and that would bring the cost up to $1900. I was not comfortable with the massive increase in price so I took my car, still paying $200 for them to "diagnose" the problem which I had already told them existed. I later found out that the parts were about $250 and the labor was only about 3 hours instead of the 9 hours labor that Nissan claimed it would take. The other place that I took it to also mentioned that they would always replace the resistors with the blower motor given the proximity of the two parts. I feel like I was taken advantage of and will not bring my car back to the Curry Nissan service center. More

I am very pleased with the work performed. My only dissatisfaction is that the maintenance plan I prepaid for doesn’t cover all the services performed.
